Our stay at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The service was attentive and met our exclusive needs. The swimming pool was a great escape from the hot weather and the room had exclusive amenities that made our stay more comfortable. The restaurant provided delicious food and the private facilities were top-notch. The location was also advantageous, within easy reach of everything we wanted to explore.
We encountered only one minor issue during our stay at the hotel. The check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff quickly made up for the delay with their attentiveness and excellent service.

The new hotel I stayed in during my city trip in N'Djamena had a great pool area, which was well-maintained and offered plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start my day.
The cost of meals and drinks at the hotel was quite high compared to local prices, and there was no nearby option for dining outside of the hotel. while the room was clean and comfortable, there were a few small details that were overlooked by housekeeping during my stay.

Our stay was incredible! We loved the location, right on the river, with plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The room was impeccable with a beautiful view of the river. Housekeeping was always on top of everything, making sure the room and the bathroom were spotless. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and we always felt accommodating. The pool and gym were great facilities to use during our stay.
Some of the service needed improvement.

The hotel I stayed at during my recent city break had a great location, very close to the airport and convenient for exploring all the main sites in the city. The rooms were spacious, very clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. The swimming pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun, and the food at the restaurant was delicious, with plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The hotel staff was sometimes a bit disorganized, which led to some delays and minor errors during my stay. The front desk could be slow at times, and the check-in process was a bit confusing.
